We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling appointments.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients the opportunity to receive services.  

- We require a deposit for any appointment. All deposits are not refundable and will be credit to your service.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be kept 100% of the deposit amount.  

- Customers that have failed to show up for their appointments will be required to provide a 100% non-refundable deposit for the next appointment being made.

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, 100% of deposit will be kept.

- Tardy clients please keep in mind your service will not be extended and the time will be docked instead. For example if you have a 1 hour service and you arrive 15 mins late, you will only have 45 mins left of the service.
